Standard challenge. Talent and prestige matter, but strong coaching and roster building still give underdogs a path. This is the intended default experience.
HARD
Demanding mode. Recruiting gets tougher, roster mistakes punish you harder, and winning at a smaller school usually takes several strong seasons in a row.
IMPOSSIBLE
Extreme challenge. Recruiting is brutal, job security is fragile, and thin rosters get exposed quickly. A title here should feel rare and hard-earned.
